IPChanger is a portable Application that allows you to preconfigure IP addresses and when selected, your computer will be setup to use these IP Address settings.
Care must be taken when configuring the Application as no liability will be taken by SecureTech for the use of this application
The Application is licensed under GPL3+ and source code is in the resources of the EXE (use ResHacker or similar to open it).
